Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this educational activity,
the participant should be able to:

describe the history of diversity training in pediatric medicine and current
models of cultural humility training being used in academic medical settings.
• Participants will
use a modified ADDRESSING framework to understand aspects of personal identity
and reflect on aspects of identity.
• Participants will
explore their understanding of their own personal cultural identity as it
relates to their role as pediatric providers.
